Community water dispenser, Charming fire pit area, Proximity to downtown attractions
The parking situation could use some serious reworking!!! With limited options, you could find yourself circling for ages. Plus, the sound insulation needs improvement, you can hear everything outside!!! There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and a lacking dresser space is inconvenient!!!

The hotel is very clean and has a
great location near Lake Placid's main strip, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. However, I noticed some unfinished details in the room, which detracted from the overall experience.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Main Street, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and the cozy living room in the suite was a pleasant surprise, featuring a modern fully equipped kitchen. However, the check-in process was a hassle since keys had to be picked up at a different location. The transparent curtains made it hard to sleep, as the light from the street and early morning sun disrupted our rest.

Heating system hard to regulate, making it tricky to find a comfortable temperature. Walls are paper thin, so sound from adjacent rooms really carries, from alarms to everyday conversations. Room lacks a coffee maker, which is often a convenience even in basic lodgings, and the 'balcony' is just a walkway facing other rooms rather than a private spot.
